Subjects of admission
 Have a university diploma of excellent grade or higher or a master's degree. Having research experience reflected in the Master's thesis of the research-oriented training program; or be the author of 1 scientific article or report related to the intended field of research that has been published or accepted for publication in scientific journals or proceedings of specialized scientific conferences and seminars with reviews within 36 months from the date of registration for admission; or have worked for 24 months or more as a lecturer or researcher at training institutions, scientific and technological organizations, have a foreign language certificate at least level 4 according to the 6-level foreign language competency framework used for Vietnam announced by the Ministry of Education and Training.
